My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, delightful, and very comfortable, featuring a comfy big king-size bed, a selection of soft and hard pillows, a large TV screen, a big safe, a well-stocked mini bar, a refrigerator, a generously sized bathroom with extra amenities, and a very efficient air conditioning system. Our room was large enough for all of us to unpack and spread out a little, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the Night Bazaar, with easy access to other transportation options. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a delicious buffet with a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines and an impressive selection of fruits and vegetables. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, meeting all our needs during our stay.

The hotel offers a prime location not far from the city center and the renowned Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, making it convenient for exploring. While the room given was tucked away without a view, the executive suite's outdated bathroom was not on par with a modern four-star hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with rooms served daily boasting a wonderful view of the hills and the famous Wat Doi Suthep temple. The extras were a definite plus, and I loved the brilliant console near the beds for controlling the lights and air conditioning. However, the dining experience fell a bit short on some modern essentials. Overall, a great value for money.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh flowers in the room, which added a nice touch to the comfortable and well-furnished space. However, the hassle of negotiating a room swap at the front desk was a downside. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the Night Bazaar and Anusarn Market, but the constant ringing of the housekeeper's telephone outside our room was a bit of a nuisance.
